Traditional one bedroom brick units situated in a quiet community setting with established shade trees and well-manicured gardens. 

A sealed carport area with security lighting can accommodate 14 cars for residents as required. 

These affordable units have all the comforts of home in a secluded garden setting.

Bedroom features built in wardrobes, broom cupboard and ensuite bathroom.

Featuring 3 community laundry rooms appointed with automatic washing machines and commercial dryers, with additional outdoor clotheslines.
